Helping Google help SMBs

We were initially invited to pitch to Google to help develop a bespoke platform to help them engage with small and medium sized businesses across Europe. Google wanted to inform SMBs of the advantages of using Google businesss tools, like Adwords, and the huge benefits these could bring.

Our concept was the Google Business Engine - an online environment that delivered information and case studies to interested business managers across Europe.

We felt that the information should be as relevant to the businesses as possible. This meant allowing access to the content via a number of routes - primarily geographical, but also accessible by sector and size of business.

The concept won us the compeititve pitch, and got us our first project - to help Google in developing a dynamic email system which would allow them to deliver completely bespoke information to SMB Adword users.?

The project what highly complex in that it involved multiple potential variables that had to be drawn together in an easy to read and digest format for non-expert users.
